Cut Protection Level

The Rezztek Stick Blade Grip Pads with Sherwood's Logo (2 Stick Pack) were developed to give players elevated performance over standard hockey tape that includes improved accuracy by 6%, puck rotation by 5%, and speed by 3%. Simply put, Rezztek Grip Pads are specifically designed to give players a harder shot, pinpoint accuracy, and faster stickhandling. Each pack comes with two grip pads for the forehand and two for the backhand, which can be used on any curve and any brand of hockey stick. This pack includes two pads with a custom Sherwood logo that matches perfectly with Sherwood hockey sticks but looks great on any hockey blade!
Unlike traditional cloth tape that players have been using for over 100 years, Rezztek has finally engineered a product that actually enhances blade performance. It's constructed of four layers, the first being a powerful adhesive that sticks to the blade and has a clean removal for when it's time to change.
The second and third layers consist of a super strong fiber mesh and a special resin that work together to provide incredible durability while minimizing energy loss. Last but certainly not least is the grip surface which gives players exceptional puck control, shot speed, and of course accuracy.
There are some extra benefits of using Rezztek Grip Pads too, one being that they don't absorb water or ice up, so shift after shift you'll experience a clean blade so your performance never diminishes. Another benefit is that Grip Pads are only used on the forehand and backhand. This eliminates friction on the bottom of the blade and gives players a ton of weight savings compared to standard tape. Less bottom drag and less weight mean quicker stickhandling and lightning-fast shot releases.
Thirdly, Rezztek Grip Pads offer premium durability and can last 8-10 games, so players don't have to re-tape their blade before every game or after getting a massive gash from their first shift. Rezztek recommends replacing your Grip Pad when more than 30% of the surface area is damaged.
