Most manufacturers have a sizing chart specific to their helmets, and most will include hat size as well as head circumference. It is really important to make sure that you have the correct size helmet to gain all of the protection the helmet has to offer.

- Measure the circumference of your head and find the corresponding size below.
- It is recommended that the Player wear CSA and HECC certified helmets. All CSA and HECC certified helmets have a sticker indicating their approval.
- Open your helmet to its largest setting and position on the head so that the rim is 1/4 inch above the eyebrow. Gradually begin to downsize the helmet until a comfortable snug fit is achieved.
