How to Clean Hockey Wheel Bearings

| Step 1 | Using a multi-tool, take your roller hockey wheels off the skates. | |
| Step 2 | Using the same multi-tool, push/pull the bearings out of the wheel. | |
| Step 3 | Remove the shield casing from the bearings. Next, using a bearing cleaner kit, thoroughly wash your bearings and let the sediments settle for 15 minutes. | |
| Step 4 | Take the bearings out and pat them dry with a paper towel or cloth. | |
| Step 5 | Apply two drops of bearing oil to each bearing and give them a good spin. | |
| Step 6 | Re-assemble the bearings and place them back into each wheel. Attach each wheel to the skate and you're done. | |
