The Labeda Union Wheel showcases an all-new inner core and an inner ring that makes it the fastest wheel Labeda has ever made. The rigid Revolver core delivers blazing speed and agility by maximizing energy transfer through each and every stride. This works with the new Apex ring that initiates wheel flex and compression earlier than past wheels, thus allowing for even quicker stops and better overall braking power. Just like all Labeda's wheels, this Union wheel is made right here in the USA.

OVERVIEW

Product NoteDEK tile or similar non-hockey perforated tiles provide less wheel contact surface area. As a result, using wheels on these surfaces has less grip and will wear down quicker.

Sizing Chart

HOCKEY WHEEL HARDNESS GUIDELINES
Roller hockey wheel hardness or durometer should be decided on factors like a player's weight, skill level and playing surface. The higher the durometer rating, the harder the wheel. For example, an 82A wheel is perfect for rough outdoor surfaces while a 76A wheel excels indoors. More advanced players can also benefit from harder wheels since they can utilize the extra rebound and speed.

Low qualityBought a set of white 80mm soft and a set of 76mm soft for my hilos. I've stuck with labeda since my first set of mission proto vs. I've rarely broken wheels and id consider my self a mid to high level player. These wheels felt ok, however one of the 80s just broke from the core today, probably 6th skate on them. 3 games and 3 stick/puck sessions.

Finally on pointI'm on my second set of wheels and while the previous ones I had broke like all of the other reviews, I'm pretty sure they fixed the issue. I took a chance and was not disappointed!

Break easilythese wheels break so easily I skated for 3 hours on 1 wheel I bought as a temporary replacement and after 3 hours I did a hockey stop and the wheel just completely broke apart from the hub.

Buyer bewareBUYER BEWARE: This wheel is garbage. Don't buy.

Not recommendI would not recommend buying these. The center hub has separated from the rubber wheel on 4 of 8 wheels that I bought. 3 of them within the first 3 skates, with the 4th after a couple of months of not skating on them. I would consider them a safety issue based on how abrupt the failure is.

For indoors onlyI had the same experience as the other reviewer with my front wheel. Had maybe 8-10 hours on these wheels, indoor use only.
