The Step Steel SpeedBlade XS Runners have a high-precision raised profile to give hockey players a better turning radius, a superior glide, and a longer-lasting sharpening life. Step Steel has made it their duty to provide players with a high-grade steel runner for maximum performance. With Step's runner, players can get a deeper lean on their edge without bottoming out and much more control on harder, quicker stops.

Previous Feedback
Comments: My son likes the StepSteel way better than the standard CCM XS blades (which he thought were terrible) and a little more than the Bauer LS2 (which he liked). Says these bite into the ice better. They are taller and heavier than standard blades when you feel the package of two, but he says he hasn't noticed the weight difference on the ice. Takes some time getting used to the taller blade.
