IW 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
IW guarantees that you will love your CCM skates or you get your money back! Purchase a pair of qualifying CCM skates, sharpen them how you like and give them a true test. If you are not completely satisfied with the skates, you return them to IW within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full skate refund.
Details: Complete skates must be returned to IW within 30 days from the date of purchase along with a copy of your invoice to be eligible to receive a refund. A maximum of (2) satisfaction guarantee refunds are allowed per customer. Sharpening and Profiling services are non-refundable. Program is subject to change without notice.
